It becomes a chance that makes mixers and trailer vehicles from MENA receive the shipment throughout the year. For the sales part, MENA concentrates on selling concrete and construction products. The target market is mainly subcontractors that pay in cash and small to medium contracting companies that agree to pay in credit. In sales operations, MENA will focus on understanding customers needs and realizing their financial credit by identifying credit limits and managing contracts to prevent risks. MENA plans to expand the business foundation to be more stable. These strategies will make the Company to be accepted and able to expand its business further.

MENA creates procurement formats or trading in multiple ways to serve customer demand in diverse types and to enhance the agility of business expansion. They include mixer vehicles, trailers, and product sales, such as daily and monthly concrete transport services, or by projects. Moreover, there are also customer mixer fleet vehicle management, multiple vehicle transportation, transport service with many chassis types and sizes, both company cars and affiliated cars, and trading in credit that has a contract management to prevent risks, etc.
